E-mails are usually written in plain text, that is to say, the whole text is written in the same typography –in size as much as in shape-, without punctuation marks, without diacritics (any mark used with a letter to distinguish it from another or to show how it is pronounced) and without any images. However, all these things that an e-mail written in plain text lacks can be perfectly solved by using an e-mail template, which will make an e-mail very attractive and perfect for information transmission.
E-mail templates allow creating catching e-mails where information can be hierarchically organized. Because of this, they raise interest among the recipients.
These days, people’s complaints about long, repetitive and boring e-mails written in plain text have become commonplace. This situation result in upset readers that, in many cases, do not even read the e-mails. Of course, nobody would like this to happen to their own e-mails, in which case the one who would end up upset would be the sender.

Obviously, sending shorter, incomplete e-mails in which there is not enough space for all the information is not the solution to the problem. Well, it is now that e-mail templates can be put to use. E-mail templates will make it possible to send e-mails containing all the information necessary in a well-organized way and, at the same time, acting as introduction to the company which is sending them.
Consequently, recipients will be pleased to read one of these e-mails. In order to reinforce the effect that the e-mail will produce, e-mail templates allow you to make use of different sizes and shapes of typographies to highlight certain pieces of information, include the logo of the company and even insert images. Owing to the fact that the information is hierarchically organized -thanks to the different typographical variants- the readers will be able to focus on the really important points and leave out those which are not interesting.
The image of the logo is extremely effective, much more than any written introducing statement. The logo transmits the more outstanding aspects of a company and is recognized at the instant is seen. Moreover, the images and colors used in templates will make e-mails look much more attractive and interesting. The difference will be instantly perceived by those who receive them.
